CHOC's Drowning Prevention Program Three Tragic Seconds, is a multi-media, educational program focused on parents & caregivers for children under the age of 5. CHOC offers the program to groups in Orange County who fit the demographic and want to learn more about water safety. CHOC also provides a Train the Trainer class for Orange County healthcare and community professionals who want to use this program in this educational outreach. The program consists of the video Three Tragic Seconds accompanied with a power point presentation and educator curriculum. All program contents are bi-lingual.
