Description of program

Program description 1: The Welcome Baby program serves first-time parents of newborn babies teaching them to nurture their infants while guiding them through the stressful and challenging experiences of parenthood. This program provides three to six months of personalized in-home parent training. Program description 2: The Tender Care Parenting program serves families with young children that are struggling with child abuse, domestic violence, poverty, and poor parenting skills, by providing three months to one year of in-home intensive parenting education and support.
