California Poison Control System provides immediate, uninterrupted high quality emergency telephone advice for poison exposures and serves as the primary resource for poison education, prevention and treatment in California. The health education program provides trainings to health professionals, educational materials to professionals and the general public and provides technical assistance to programs for all age groups.
